Great staff

The staff at this place are excellent. They have always gone above and beyond for us. Maintenance staff is quick to respond and resolves any issues well.

Perfect place for a family

This is our second year living here and we love it just as we loved the first day we moved in. Here everything is well taken care of, beautiful, calm, neighbors are nice, safe place...Amenities are great and we can get busy here. Stores are super close too. I can`t say enough good places about here and we plan to stay here for 3 more years or until we cna buy our home.

Carver Lake Townhomes

I have lived here with my fiancé for about a year now. We love living here! It's a very nice town home with great amenities within the community. The staff is very prompt when there are any issues and so kind when they are in our home. I love the layout of our home and we are lucky to be on a corner unit to give us more space! The only downside is having kind of thin walls so we can hear the neighbors from time to time, but that's only a minor issue. Otherwise, we are very happy with our home here!

Great townhome community!

We are just finishing up our 6th year here and love it. Maintenance is top notch and management is constantly looking to improve and upgrade the residences. Since the location is near Carver Lake and the property here has a wildlife area, we are pleasantly aware that despite living in a large metropolitan area that we enjoy so much nature around us. This is truly home! Keep up the great work!

Management

Everyone that works at Carver Lake is so friendly!!! I turned in the move in check list on a Friday and I listed that there was a crack on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator and my outside patio light was not working. I just wanted it documented on the check list so management would know that I didn t break the shelf. The shelf was replaced in the refrigerator and the outside patio light was fixed the next Monday. I was so surprised that the shelf in the refrigerator was fixed because I wasn t expecting that. The mini blinds on the dining room window broke which was my fault and that was also fixed that next Monday. Amazing!!!

Nice furnishing on the inside

I love it here, it is very nice on the inside you cannot hear your neighbors at all. parking in a one car garage is tricky with two vehicles but other then that it is nice

The best decision of your Rental life!!!!

Love living here so far

The development is close to 494, so there is quick access to anywhere you want to go. However, even though we are close to a freeway, it is almost like being in a rural area. The view from our deck is of Carver Lake Park - and the lake itself. I have seen other reviews in which the reviewer complains about hearing noise from neighbors. Very rarely we have heard a little noise if a neighbor has music on or is watching a noisy movie. But even on those rare occasions, it has not been very loud - certainly not loud enough to be bothersome. Staff members are professional and pleasant.

Well maintained, clean and friendly townhome community.

Beautiful area, close to lake with walking/bike trails and lots of other amenities, shopping and dinning opportunities as well. The town-homes are all well maintained and maintenance issues are quickly dealt with. All of the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They really care about the property and it s residents!

Nice Townhouse to Rent

I have been very happy with my townhouse. The staff is very friendly and I never had a problem with my neighbors being too loud. My only problem is the cost of rent is high compared to other properties.

Love the location and staff helpfulness.

I love the location. Even though we are in an urban setting the nature preserve around us gives the feel of country living. The entire area looks beautiful. Also the office staff are very helpful and willing to help with problems immediately. That makes for an overall wonderful experience.

We love living here at Carver Lake Town Homes!

This is a good community to live and raise children. The staff is awesome and takes care of all our needs. I am so glad we chose to live here because we have made a lot of friends and it feels like home.

Love the location, security and amenities at Carver Lake...

Proximity to trees, ponds, walks in the woods here is wonderful. Already I have enjoyed watching the wildlife out my back window. Kai, Janet, Mike, and Travis have all been helpful, and have gone above and beyond to be helpful. The neighbors I have met s far seem genuinely nice. The welcoming attitude for pets is a relief and makes one feel more at home. Life here so far has been a lovely, private, secure experience. Can't wait for Spring and the big thaw so I can explore the area more and enjoy the grounds, walking paths, and pool. (LOVE having a dog park here, it was the deciding factor in choosing a place to live.)
