Utilities and services billed separately by a utility provider: Gas, Electric, Telephone, Cable and Internet.
Utilities and services allocated to Resident: Water, Sewer, Trash and Recycling.
The "Allocated Charges" are based on consumption and will be billed separately.
What is your pet policy?
We allow 2 animals per unit.
Do you have any breed restrictions?
Yes, we have breed restrictions and weight restrictions.
Do you have a dog park?
Yes, we have a fenced dog park on site.
Do you offer affordable units / accept housing vouchers?
No subsidies or vouchers are allowed.
Is there parking / guest parking?
Parking is only allowed in parking lots and residents' driveways. No on-street parking (except on Tahoe Road) is allowed at any time. The same rules apply for guest parking.
Do you have any covered / reserved parking?
Attached garages are included with each unit. Additional 1-car garages may be available for rent when available.
What type of internet is available?
Residents are responsible for paying for their own internet provider if they choose.
Are there electric car charging stations?
We do not offer any electric car charging stations.
Do you offer short-term rentals?
No, a 12 month lease is required.
Do you offer furnished units?
We do not have furnished units.
Do you have accessible units?
No, we do not have accessible units.
What schools are you assigned to here?
We are assigned to School District 833, South Washington County. Elementary School: Newport Elementary School; Middle School: Woodbury Junior High School; High School: Woodbury High School.
Do you accept packages?
Packages are delivered directly to each unit address. In emergencies only, the Rental Office may accept packages for residents.
Is smoking prohibited?
Yes, our property is smoke-free.
Do you have a clubhouse and pool?
Yes, we have an outdoor pool and there is a clubhouse available for residents to rent.
