The maintenance crew are excellent they are friendly and very knowledgeable about their jobs. The grounds are clean and well ... kept. The office crew is very friendly and very helpful. We have lived here for 10 years and love it. Walking trails a beach pool fishing parks. And the nature surrounding you will enjoy living here. This is our second year living here and we love it just as we loved the first day we moved in. Here everything is well taken ... care of, beautiful, calm, neighbors are nice, safe place...Amenities are great and we can get busy here. Stores are super close too. I have lived here with my fiancé for about a year now. We love living here! It's a very nice town home with great amenities ... within the community. The staff is very prompt when there are any issues and so kind when they are in our home. I love the layout of our home and we are lucky to be on a corner unit to give us more space! The only downside is having kind of thin walls so we can hear the neighbors from time to time, but that's only a minor issue. Otherwise, we are very happy with our home here! We are just finishing up our 6th year here and love it. Maintenance is top notch and management is constantly looking to ... improve and upgrade the residences. Since the location is near Carver Lake and the property here has a wildlife area, we are pleasantly aware that despite living in a large metropolitan area that we enjoy so much nature around us. Everyone that works at Carver Lake is so friendly!!! I turned in the move in check list on a Friday and I listed that there ... was a crack on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator and my outside patio light was not working. I just wanted it documented on the check list so management would know that I didn t break the shelf. The shelf was replaced in the refrigerator and the outside patio light was fixed the next Monday. I was so surprised that the shelf in the refrigerator was fixed because I wasn t expecting that. The development is close to 494, so there is quick access to anywhere you want to go. However, even though we are close to ... a freeway, it is almost like being in a rural area. The view from our deck is of Carver Lake Park - and the lake itself. I have seen other reviews in which the reviewer complains about hearing noise from neighbors. Very rarely we have heard a little noise if a neighbor has music on or is watching a noisy movie. But even on those rare occasions, it has not been very loud - certainly not loud enough to be bothersome. Staff members are professional and pleasant. Proximity to trees, ponds, walks in the woods here is wonderful. Already I have enjoyed watching the wildlife out my back ... window. Kai, Janet, Mike, and Travis have all been helpful, and have gone above and beyond to be helpful. The neighbors I have met s far seem genuinely nice. The welcoming attitude for pets is a relief and makes one feel more at home. Life here so far has been a lovely, private, secure experience. Can't wait for Spring and the big thaw so I can explore the area more and enjoy the grounds, walking paths, and pool.
